Very Good Christmas Romance Book!
I really enjoyed reading A Man For Christmas by English romance book author Annabel Murray, the title is kind of cheesy but it's a good Christmas romance story and the characters a guy named David Griffiths and a lady named Jodi Knight are really likeable which is always a plus in a good romance book!

Author: Nelson Murray Gantz
Average review score:

excellent
a pocket book that has almost all you need to know. it's concise, giving you just the information you need. Updated from the latest reviews published in journals. If you are not satisfied with the information given in the book, or you think it's not enough, you can still read A TEXTBOOK OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES. remember this book (the same as all pocket books) is best to be used during rounds, or to have a quick reference of a certain subject. You won't be dissapointed.

Master's Indwelling by Andrew Murray
In this book Andrew Murray covers the fundamental steps in the Christian walk in a very benifical way if the reader applys what is covered. Should be required reading for any Christian truly wanting to grow in Christ. Murray in his writtings stresses the aspect of the believer being In Christ and out from that position comes all of his living.

Medicine in Quotations: Views of Health and Disease Through the Ages
Published in Hardcover by American College of Physicians (15 March, 2000)
Authors: Edward J. Huth, T. J. Murray, and Murray T. Jock

New, comprehensive, educational
With over 400 books in my collection of quotation books, some dating back 400+ years, I feel confident in saying that this book is a welcome addition in a field where so many are just spun off small presses without adding anything to the field.

A good quotation book is, by my mind, subject categorized (as opposed to alphabetically categorized by author,) with solid info on the quotation sources, providing a mix of most familiar quottes with some solid new nuggets of wisdom.

This book meets these criteria, taking the idea of a medical quotation book a step further than the previous "classic standard" of medical quotations, Familiar Medical Quotations, edited by Maurice Strauss, which is now 30 years old (though some of my favorites are much older than that, including Harbottle and Dalbiac, Hoyt, Allibone, Tryon Edwards, and Stephenson.)

Another indication of a great quotation book is the attention the editors or collectors pay to the subject headings. This book is a treasure trove of subject headings which have never appeared in a quotation book before, such as: mitral stenosis, molecular biology, rheumatoid spondylitis, specialization, concussion and constipation to aging, with classic quotables, like Aristotle, Petrarch and Duc de La Rochefoucauld, to more modern scientists and physicians, like Ignatz Semmelweis, William Mayo, Rene Dubos and Hans Selye.

The best quotation books help you discover new writers you want to delve into more deeply, by giving you enough information and inspiring or stimulating thoughts so you seek out the full text source. This book does this too. It's a great read, full of illuminating ideas.

Meg Mackintosh and the Mystery on Main Street: A Solve-It-Yourself Mystery
Published in Paperback by Secret Passage Pr (September, 2000)
Authors: Lucinda Landon and Wendy Murray
Average review score:

Meg Strikes Again!
Lucinda Landon knows how to whet a child's appetite for reading. She magically combines word and illustration as she brings the reader deeper and deeper into her Meg Mackintosh mysteries. Landon also stops at well planned intervals to have the reader go back over the clues, both discovered and yet to be discovered. She is amazing at the way she has the children self-monitoring their reading to see if they have all of the clues. She challenges them to be one step aheead of Meg as she uses photographs and her own illustrations to reveal the solution. The students in my fourth grade classroom can't get enough of these mysteries. A common question has been: "When will there be a new one?" I always have to purchase several copies because they love to share these books. They will be delighted to add this mystery to their monthly reading logs.

Men & anger : a relapse prevention guide to understanding and managing your anger
Published in Unknown Binding by Safer Society Press ()
Author: Murray Cullen
Average review score:

Very Good Cognitively Based Book for Treatment of Forensic
This is a very good book for treating violent offenders. I treat violent sex offenders in a California Forensic State Hospital and I have found that this book does make an impact on a broad range of patients with intellectual abiiity ranging from borderline to high average. Using this book with behavior chains has assisted countless of my classes to lower their impulsivity by 32%. I would like to see a reprint. It does lower, by patient report, the incidence of 4 point or even wrist restraint because it assists them to use simple procedures to counter their angry impulsivity.

Men & Anger: Understanding and Managing Your Anger for a Much Better Life
Published in Paperback by Safer Society Pr (May, 1996)
Authors: Murray Cullen and Robert E. Freeman-Longo
Average review score:

Great Book for Groups of Angry Men
I use this book to teach anger management to sex offenders in a state hospital. I only wish I could get my hands on ten to fifteen hard bound copies. It is an excellent book based on the cognitive-behavioral model that we use to teach sex offender relapse prevention. The two dovetail very well. Please issue another edition!!!!
